Mr. Alleyne received a Master of Science in Infrastructure Planning from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University, and a Certificate in Construction Management. Mr. Alleyne is a certified residential inspector from the International Code Council (ICC)

Significant Career Accomplishments Include: Perform various engineering duties during the construction of a marine facility for a Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) Terminal at Cameron Parish, Louisiana, including the preparation of lift plans for crane barge; reviewed plans and specification for compliance with contract requirements.

Preparation of structural design for commercial building projects including foundation and superstructure design; analysis and evaluation of different structural schemes; preparation of construction documents including comprehensive drawings, specifications, and material estimates. Analysis and design of rack storage structures for material handling facility Performed estimating for structural steel projects, including interfacing with subcontractors and material suppliers regarding bid proposals; prepared submittal and change order request; prepared project management schedule for existing and new projects
