MAURICE A. BROWN P.E., Principal Mr. Brown
has more than 20 years of increasingly responsible
experience in the field of Civil, Structural and Municipal
Engineering, Construction Management and Contract
Administration, and residential and commercial development
projects Mr. Brown received a Master of Science, Structural
Engineering from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Science,
Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology
and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers
University. Mr. Brown is a licensed Professional Engineer in
the States of New Jersey, New York ,Pennsylvania, Maryland
and Jamaica.

Highlights of Mr. Brown's career include:
Experienced structural and civil engineer with expertise in
the direction and preparation of plans, schedules, design
layout, contract drawings, specifications, reports and
construction supervision for numerous assignments. Extensive
background in Structural Engineering: systems design and
analysis. Extensive background in Municipal Engineering
including infrastructure planning, design and maintenance.
Broad experience in Project Management including planning,
scheduling, construction administration and construction
claims. Experienced in the application of computer methods
to engineering and business systems.

Mr. Brown has been
instrumental in the design and implementation of numerous
infrastructure related projects for municipalities and
public agencies. These projects include roadway construction
and improvement, storm water management and flood control
projects, environmental impact assessment, subsurface
utilities including sanitary services, gas services, water
distribution systems. Mr. Brown has been responsible for
projects constructed within the public and private sectors
with value in excess of $500 million. Mr. Brown has also
developed computer based cost control and project management
system for the implementation of a capital improvement
program for a major school district in New Jersey. Mr. Brown
has held faculty position with the New Jersey Institute of
Technology and has taught several undergraduate courses in
structural steel design and design of temporary structures
for construction.
